Saudi Railway Company (SAR) is dedicated to assisting disabled customers and people with reduced mobility.
We recognise the challenges faced by disabled customers and that these may require us to adjust the way we provide our service.
Where practicable we will provide equipment at our stations, and on our trains to enable staff to make these reasonable adjustments to ensure excellent service for all our customers.
