Seat Selection
With SAR you can choose your preferred seat when purchasing your tickets or at a later stage.
Complimentary seat / cabin selection is included for all Business Class and Private Sleeper Cabin customers.
In Economy Class, Economy ticket holders will receive complimentary seat selection. Economy Saver customers will be automatically assigned a seat unless a seat is added during the booking process as an extra.
- No refunds are permitted on seat selections pre-purchased by Economy Saver customers.
- No refunds will be permitted, where a voluntary upgrade has been made to a higher class of travel or ticket type which includes complimentary seat selection.
- Any modifications made to a customer’s Economy Saver booking (date of travel, departure / arrival station, passenger type) which includes pre-purchased seat selection will not be carried forward to the new booking
