SAR is dedicated to assisting customers with a disability and people with reduced mobility.

We recognise the challenges faced by customers with a disability and that these may require us to adjust the way we provide our service.

Where practicable we will provide equipment at our stations, and on our trains to enable staff to make these reasonable adjustments to ensure an excellent service for all our customers.
