The reporting system, authorized to us, aims to monitor illegal practices, while providing the greatest possible protection for the informants and the people concerned with the report, as immediately after receiving the report and before starting the investigation, all information provided and related to the report is verified and carefully examined.
The whistleblower can track the status of the report in addition to providing any additional information he desires through the “Sarahna Secure Reporting Platform,” noting that the identity of the whistleblower remains anonymous in all other forms of communication, as long as the whistleblower does not voluntarily disclose any personal information.

What does a report include?
It is important to ensure that the information in your report is as specific as possible, so that it can be processed and verified in an appropriate manner. ,The following information is also valuable to add to the report: Who committed the violation? - What happened? - When did it happen? - How do we prove the violation? - Where did it happen?
